WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
Apparel: We offer a very easy and pain-free 30 day return and exchange policy. We will accept unworn apparel within 30 days of the order. If you need to discuss a return or exchange please contact us via the customer service page.
All other merchandise: For all officially licensed merchandise we accept returns and exchanges if the product is damaged or defected. Otherwise all sales are final for our officially licensed merchandise.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, please contact us via our international shipping page and we will be happy to ship an order to wherever you live. Click here for the international shipping page.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER FROM YOUR STORE?
Not at all. Even though we use PayPal to complete transactions, you can make your payment through PayPal without needing to register an account with them.
HELP, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE!
Uh-oh, we are ready to help resolve your issue right away! Contact us via the Customer Service page ASAP and our team will follow up within 24 to 48 hours.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders are freshly printed and then shipped. We print every Mondays and then ship on Tuesdays. Most weeks we will also print on Thursdays and then ship on Fridays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get your order expedited. The average shipment takes 3-5 days. If there are any delays, or if the item is a pre-order we will be sure to keep you informed.
Additionally, after your order is made, you will be notified via email when the order is shipped and provided with the tracking number.
